Is Joe Biden Developing Dementia

Biden Obviously Has Dementia And Should Withdraw From The Race

Biden continues to ‘demonstrate his non-public dementia diagnosis’ almost every day

NEW YORK The Democrats ought to be ashamed of themselves. They spent the last four years criticizing Donald Trump in no small part for his mental state, and rightly so. The founding fathers included an impeachment provision in the Constitution in large part as a contingency to remove a president exactly like him, whose temperament and personality and mental state are incompatible with the requirements of the highest elected office in the land.

Trump is not merely a jerk. Psychologists have been so alarmed that they have violated a core ethical principle of their profession by attempting to diagnose him from afar. Narcissistic personality disorder is their universal conclusion and it fits like a glove. Among the characteristics of NPD is a lack of empathy not something one wants or needs in a leader.

Now Democrats are conspiring to gaslight the American people by engineering the presidential election of a man clearly suffering from dementia, Joe Biden. This is no time to be polite. We are talking about the presidency. As always, we need a frank, intelligent discussion and debate about the issues and the candidates. It is perfectly fair to talk about Bernie Sanders heart attack as well as Bidens and Trumps mental acuity.

What about Trump? If Biden is the nominee, and people dont vote for him which I think will be the case anyway Trump will win a second term. Isnt it imperative to stop that by any means necessary?

Bu Today: At The Age Of 80 What Percentage Of The Population Has Experienced Serious Cognitive Decline

Andrew Budson:From ages 60 to 70, there is a gradual increase in brain diseases, such that by age 70, slightly less than 10 percent of people are experiencing dementia. Dementia means that cognitive decline is severe enough to interfere with daily function. The most common brain diseases in late life are tiny strokes and Alzheimers disease. By age 80, approximately one-third of individuals have dementia, and by age 90, more than half have dementia.

I Would Want To Plan: Readers On Whether They Would Be Tested To Predict Dementia

A test that could predict your risk of developing Alzheimers disease or dementia is to be used in parts of the NHS. Readers share their reasons why they would take it or not

A five-minute test that could predict your risk of developing Alzheimers disease or another type of dementia in up to 15 years time is being deployed by the Birmingham and Solihull mental health NHS foundation trust.

More than 850,000 people in the UK have dementia, which affects one in 14 people over the age of 65 and one in six people over 80.

Five Guardian readers share their reasons on whether they would or would not take the test developed by the British medical company Cognetivity Neurosciences.

Publicly Ridiculing A Person Many Believe Has Thecondition Is No Way To Persuade Others To Beproactive In Seeking Diagnostic Testing

Its also worth noting that there is zero public access to President Trumps medical records. We have not seen any diagnostic testing records. People who believe he has a neurodegenerative disorder are speculating, mostly in a way that denigrates people who do have a neurodegenerative disorder.

If President Trump does turn out to have some type of cognitive impairment, ridiculing him for it by merchandising Person-Man-Woman-Camera-TV is cruel, and the very antithesis of reducing stigma associated with Alzheimers and related dementias.

None of this is to say people who hold elected office shouldnt be held accountable for their actions of course they should. But that is a separate matter that will be decided November 3, 2020.

Dementia End Road And Politics

WOW! Australian Media Runs Segment on Joe Bidens Dementia ...

Psychosis is a symptom of many forms of dementia and often involves symptoms like hallucinations and delusions. Patients who suffer these debilitating symptoms feel alienated from society, and often support and care. Seeing their conditions used as a tool to insult and humiliate an aging political figure is definitely not going to help those patients reconcile with their situation and adapt to it. We have moved on a great deal from the days of dementia patients with psychosis being committed to insane asylums, or schizophrenia being viewed as signs of demonic possession. The last thing we should do is regress by politicizing of dementia. It should not be a tool for point scoring.

its particularly inappropriate, and ironic, that Trump, facing accusations about creeping dementia, has made accusations about the mental state of the new President. He does not seem to realize the catastrophic affect this has on people who know that very personal struggle. Patients suffering from Alzheimers in particular are often unable to understand where they are. It can be truly terrifying even being moved into a different room in their own home can cause severe distress.

Bu Today: How Does Cognitive Decline Affect Decision

Andrew Budson:The reason cognitive decline affects decision-making is because it becomes difficult to keep all the important factors in mind that one needs to consider when making decisions. For example, if you were deciding between two houses to purchase, youd need to keep track of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in each house, how the size of the family rooms and kitchens compare, how much repair work is needed on each, whether theres room for your brother to visit, where your daughter can play her drum set, what the neighborhood is like, how close the schools are, and a host of other information. With cognitive decline, you cant keep all that information in mind, and thus you end up not making the best decisions.

High Blood Levels Of Homocysteine

Research shows elevated blood levels of homocysteine may cause dementia. Homocysteine is an amino acid, which are needed to build up protein. Boston University researchers found high blood levels of homocysteine doubled an individual’s chance of developing Alzheimer’s disease. With this in mind, individuals can help reduce their homocysteine blood levels by taking B vitamins. A study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found supplementing with B vitamins stopped the wasting of brain cells associated with dementia. B vitamins also slowed down cognitive decline.

Cognitive Decline Yes End

Joe Biden has not been diagnosed with any form of dementia. End-stage dementia is an advanced phase of dementia that occurs shortly before death. According to dementia. Org , End-stage dementia sufferers are characterised as “bedridden, Uncommunicative, And completely dependent on others for care. “As far as I can tell, Joe Biden can still stand up and talk. This precludes him having “end-stage dementia”. Forgetfulness and somnolence are typical symptoms of the cognitive decline some undergo in old age. He has a stutter as well, Which exacerbates the speaking difficulties. His decline has been rapid over the past few years, And he may well be developing Alzheimer’s, But it cannot be said for certain unless he is diagnosed by a physician. In regards to your remarks about softball interviews, I think that reflects more poorly on the media than it does Biden. All politicians want easy, Spoon-fed questions. The fact that the establishment American press is coddling Biden at pressers is a sad indictment of the failure of the Fourth Estate to hold power accountable. The hair-sniffing thing creeped me out too. I definitely believe Tara Reade. https://www. Dementia. Org/end-stage-of-dementia

Does Joes Ice Cream Thing Help With Dementia

Joe Biden’s Dementia Is Getting Scary

Regardless of ones political persuasion or complete lack thereof, nearly everyone in America has to be aware by now that Joe Bidens love affair with ice cream is the stuff of steamy romance novels.

Give Joe a few minutes alone in public and hes likely to wander off, only to return with an ice cream cone the size of your leg, make a beeline to the nearest television camera, and promptly proceed to shove his ice cream cone down his throat faster than you can say, Damn, Joe thats a big-ass ice cream cone.

So, as mankind continues the quest of attempting to figure out what goes on inside the head of Joe Biden shudder at the thought one thing is clear: Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. loves ice cream perhaps more than life, itself. Or, is there more to it than that?

Check it out:

On April 21, 2020, Daily Caller reported that Bidens presidential campaign had spent nearly $11,000 on Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosis favorite ice cream over which, Madam Speaker has come under fire after showing off a freezer-full of ice cream in an interview.

According to the Federal Election Commission , Bidens campaign has spent $10,600 on Pelosis favorite ice cream between May 2019 and March 2020. The description for the ice cream in the FEC filing says donor gifts. The Daily Caller contacted the Biden campaign to ask about the gifts but did not immediately receive a response.

Much ado about nothing? Maybe, but lets continue.

Joe Biden Must Release The Results Of His Cognitive Tests Voters Need To Know

Joe BidenBiden administration takes aim at methane emissionsMcConnell blasts potential payments to separated migrant familiesPoll: 50 percent of Republicans don’t believe their vote will be counted accuratelyMORE very nearly survived his first press conference in three months without a single goof. Almost, but not quite.

At the very end of the question-and-answer session, asked by a reporter if he had been tested for cognitive decline, he answered, Ive been tested. Ive been tested constantly. Biden went on to say he could hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man Im running against.

Pretty snappy answer for a fellow thought by 38 percent of likely voters to be suffering a mental decline. Except, of course, that Bidens response raised more questions than it answered.

Such as…where was he tested? Why, exactly, is he being constantly tested? Are his doctors worried about him? Most importantly, when will he release the results of those tests?

A columnist for The Washington Post ascribed concerns about Bidens mental state to political gamesmanship, writing that Fox News has been relentlessly pushing the line that Joe Biden might be suffering from dementia. The columnist also categorized commentary about Bidens near invisibility over the past few months as the Trumpworld talking point that Biden is hiding in his basement.

Oops.

So, not just Fox News commentators and not just Trump supporters.

Agitation And Mood Swings

Its common for someone suffering from AD to seem anxious or agitated.

They may constantly move around and pace, get upset in certain places, or become fixated on specific details. Agitation usually results from fear, confusion, fatigue, and feeling overwhelmed from trying to make sense of a world that no longer makes sense, explains Gwyther.

Certain circumstances can also make the individual more anxious, such as relocating to a nursing home. In addition to agitation, rapid and seemingly unprovoked mood swings are another sign of dementiagoing from calm to tearful to angry for no apparent reason.

#####

So does Biden get upset because he has a disease or simply because certain questions set him off?

Maybe its a little bit of both.

Keep in mind that, as Democrat front runner, Joe Biden could be Americas next President.

I know its early and I know that most of our regular readers feel that there is no way he could defeat Trump in a FAIR election.

The key word above is FAIR.

Politicians and especially Democrat politicians have been known to cheat.

Consequently we need to talk about Joe Biden and stop making a joke of his possible condition.

Joe Bidens suspected dementia is not a joke.

Conjecture about Bidens health may not be completely fair to him on a personal level, but he is running to be our next President and could possibly win.

Can America really take a chance with Joe Biden?

What are Democrats thinking?

Why is this not a serious national discussion?

If We Can Detect Early Maybe There Will Be More Effective Treatment

Nikita, 22, a risk intelligence analyst from Dorset, whose mother has early-onset Alzheimers, wants to take the test because she hopes that early detection may improve treatments for the condition.

My mother got ill very quickly and has deteriorated fast, so I would be interested to know the chances are of me also getting it, she says. Im terrified that I might end up the same way. If we can detect it early, maybe it will help to find a more effective treatment.

Her mother, a 58-year-old former riding groom, was diagnosed a year ago after suffering a head injury. Nikita, who moved back in with her parents during lockdown, has witnessed her mothers rapid cognitive decline.

At first it was just difficulty with trivial things really, like telling the time, or not being able to put the washing machine on, she says. Now I do everything for her: get her up in the morning, get her breakfast, do all the housework, make sure she knows what clothes to wear.

The family is trying to find a home carer to come in twice a week. My dad does a lot when he is home but hes not in the best of health. Shes quite hostile towards us because I think shes quite embarrassed about everything. Her medication is not helping at all.

White House And Hhs Employees Arent Exempt From Vaccine Mandate

Joe Biden has Alzheimers Disease, I believe: Clive ...

While some specifics of President Joe Bidens COVID-19 vaccine mandates havent been determined, misleading claims about who will be exempt have circulated online. Employees at the White House and in agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services are subject to Bidens executive order requiring federal employees to be vaccinated.

Why Put Yourself Through Years Of Worry

Peter, 75, a retired engineer from Cheshire, spent six years caring for his wife at home after she was diagnosed with Alzheimers aged 62, until medical professionals told him he was on the verge of a nervous breakdown with the strain. After she went into a nursing home, he visited her every day until her recent death. It was heartbreaking. Shed cry when I left.

Despite his experience, he believes a test for the disease may not be helpful. He says his wife was full of anxiety once she was diagnosed, and concerned about the impact it would have on both of them. She got very stressed out and worried about things, including that I might leave her, he says. All I could do was try to reassure her that I wouldnt. It was very distressing.

As there is no cure for dementia, Peter also questions the point of such a test. Its one thing getting a test for something like cancer thats treatable. But why put yourself through 10 or 15 years of worry for something that you might not get anyway? I think its a really cruel thing to do.

Russia Seeks To Denigrate Joe Biden But Dementia Beat Them To It

U.S. Intelligence reports that Russia is seeking to denigrate Joe Biden, which is kind of like saying Russia seeks to hydrate the ocean. If Joe Biden was any more denigrated, hed be dentures and hair plugs sticking out of a pile of dust. In any case the international endorsement are in and Russia has picked President Trump while China and Iran are backing Crazy Joe.

Fox News reports:

The intelligence community warned Friday that rival nations once again are attempting to influence U.S. policy and elections in a variety of ways, declaring that Iran wants to undermine President Trump while Russia is working to primarily denigrate former Vice President Joe Biden.

In the latest election threat update, officials also said China prefers that Trump does not win reelection in November.

Last month, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence was primarily concerned with China, Russia and Iran seeking to compromise the 2020 presidential election.

Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center Bill Evanina on Friday revealed additional information on those threats.

Ahead of the 2020 U.S. elections, foreign states will continue to use covert and overt influence measures in their attempts to sway U.S. voters preferences and perspectives, shift U.S. policies, increase discord in the United States, and undermine the American peoples confidence in our democratic process, said Evanina.

Does Joe Biden Have Dementia

On another discussion board I frequent, I saw a discussion about whether or not Joe Biden is in the early stages of Alzheimers disease. The evidence they point to is various public appearances during which he seems to exhibit brief episodes of verbal confusion. As one might expect, the people espousing this position in that discussion all skew conservative. OTOH, die-hard Biden supporters will be comparably reluctant to acknowledge a problem until its so bad that it cant be glossed overso maybe the truth lies somewhere in the middle?

So what do people here think? Based on your personal experience with dementia among friends/family, or your professional medical training, what is your armchair/remote diagnosis/prognosis of Bidens mental fitness for continued service as POTUS?

He does sometimes stumble over words. He is also a stutterer, and even normal aging probably doesnt make it any easier to overcome the stuttering.

I think there are medical personnel that take care of the President that could actually make such a diagnosis and any and all chatter online is useless conjecture or a smear job.

Ive had relatives with dementia. Listening to Biden is nothing like listening to someone with dementia, especially since Biden is a stutterer, as Kenobi points out.

Dementia is different. You cannot and should not have any number of responsibilities with dementia. Dementia also has some more serious early symptoms:

Indeed so.
