Capsicles And Mishiz And Midtowm Elections

Donald Trump Jr.s Most Bizarre Behavior Since His Dad Left Office

In Alzheimers, as language skills deteriorate, we see two types of tell-tale speech disorders, or paraphasias:

Semantic paraphasia involves choosing the incorrect words. For instance, after Attorney General William Barr released a letter on the Mueller report, Trump said: I hope they now go and take a look at the oranges, the oranges of that investigation, the beginnings of that investigation.”

Phonemic paraphasia, which is linked to the moderate to severe stages of Alzheimers, is described as “the substitution of a word with a nonword that preserves at least half of the segments and/or number of syllables of the intended word. For example, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu becomes Betanyahu, big league becomes bigly, anonymous becomes enenamas or “anenomynous,” renovation becomes renoversh, missiles become “mishiz,” space capsule becomes capsicle, midterm elections become midtowm” and “midturn” elections, and Christmas becomes Chrissus.

Trumps speech patterns appear even more disordered when you go beyond the sound bite and look at a whole speech. He careens from one thought to the next in a parade of non sequiturs, frequently interrupting himself in the middle of a sentence to veer into another free association. When commentators described his two-hour speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference last month as unhinged, they were referring in large part to this quality.

The U.S. Justice Departments Civil Rights Division filed sued Fred Trump and his company in 1973 for refusing to rent apartments to black people. According to the Village Voice, the Urban League sent white and black testers to apartments owned by Trump. The white applicants received the apartments, while the blacks didnt.

Trump negotiated a consent decree with the DOJ, requiring him to advertise vacancies in minority papers and list them with the Urban League. The Justice Department said, racially discriminatory conduct by Trump agents has occurred with such frequency that it has created a substantial impediment to the full enjoyment of equal opportunity.

Weakness Was The Greatest Sin Of All: How A Lifelong Need To Seem Strong Made Trump Vulnerable

One day in May of 1918, Donald Trumps grandfather was walking with Donald Trumps father along a sidewalk in Queens and said he felt sick. The next day, he was dead.

Just like that, Fred Trump thought. It seemed so sudden.

The death certificate said full pneumonia, according to the reporting of the biographer Gwenda Blair, making the elder Trump an early victim of what would come to be known as the Spanish flu. Fred Trump, all of 12 at the time, remained stoic, or tried to. I wasnt that upset, he told Blair more than seven decades later. You know how kids are. But I got upset watching my mother crying and being so sad. It was seeing her that made me feel bad, not my own feelings about what had happened.

Weakness, Tony Schwartz, co-author of The Art of the Deal, once told me, is Trumps greatest fear by far.

Signs Of Trumps Dementia Are Clear As Day Psychologist Warns

Another prominent psychologist has come forward to warn the public about the degenerative state of Donald Trumps brain. This time it is Dr. John Gartner who believes that the recent actions of the President and his continuously slurring speech patterns are evidence of a severe problem, possibly early dementia or even Alzheimers, and that a full comprehensive exam should be done to get to the truth. Ring of Fires Farron Cousins discusses this.

When he kept trying to say the word origins and said oranges and it kind of kind of stopped himself and he said the oranges, the orange is of it, that that was one of the biggest indicators because you could tell when you watch that clip, and this is what Gardner talks about here, you could tell he knew it was wrong, but for the life of him, his brain couldnt get that correct word. Thats why he kind of paused and then then tried to say it again but failed to do so. Thats not an attack on the president that that is what happened there and thats whats so different about this piece by Gardner is that its not looking to make fun of him or insult him or tell us hes an idiot. Its looking at it from a purely diagnostic point of view.

Tim Apple Oranges German Dad Mental Health Experts Warn That Trump Is In Decline

President Donald Trumps recent confusion with words and facts, including about his own father, could be signs of pre-dementia and deteriorating cognitive skills, some mental health experts warn.

The Tim Apple episode a few weeks ago, his calling Venezuela a company, and then yesterday, confusing his grandfathers birthplace with his fathers, mispronouncing oranges for origins, and stating out of the blue, Im very normal, recited Bandy Lee, a professor of psychiatry at Yale University who has been waving red flags about Trumps mental state for years. There is no question he needs an examination.

I think hes suffering from pre-dementia. And its only getting worse, said John Gartner, a clinical psychologist with practices in New York City and Baltimore.

Both acknowledged that they have not given Trump a full examination and could not offer a definitive diagnosis, but Gartner noted that the presidents behaviors are on full view every single day. The evidence is right in front of our eyes, he said.

Lee and Gartner are among the relatively few mental health professionals speaking out about Trumps condition because of guidelines against speculating about patients a doctor has not personally examined. Both said those standards should not apply in situations where the safety of the nation is at stake and the presidents behavior is on public display.

That was real cognitive slippage, Gartner said. And then he tried to cover for it.

Donald Trump remembers exactly when he realized his father was beginning to fade. About six years ago, they were driving down Fifth Avenue when he gave his father big news: he had just bought the land beneath the Empire State Building. ”That’s a tall building, isn’t it?” Fred C. Trump replied. ”How many apartments are in that building?” At first, Donald thought he was kidding. But his father, 87, was developing Alzheimer’s.

Fred Trump died last June in Queens, at 93. Donald had visited him in the hospital that night and got the call later when he was by himself, high up in Trump Tower. He cried. It was the saddest day of his life, he says.

The son, now considering a run for the presidency, likes to present himself as a self-made man. But how much of him did his father make? Long before young Trump was putting up glass-and-bronze curtain walls on Fifth Avenue and selling apartments for $38 million, his father was putting bird cages in lobbies to dress up Queens apartment houses — and releasing balloons on Coney Island at the height of summer with coupons inside for $50 off on a $4,990 Trump home.

A tall, vigorous and imposing man with a square chest and prominent cheekbones, Fred Trump was intensely competitive he scoffed when a rival used the wrong colored brick to patch a wall. ”He didn’t like wimps,” says John Walter, his nephew. ”He thought competition made you sharper.”

Donald Trump Mixes Up Basic Information About Dad Grandfather Fuels Dementia Rumors

Is there any credible evidence that Donald Trump has ...
  • Donald Trump mixed up information about his dad and grandfather
  • The POTUS sparked rumors he has dementia
  • Donald Trump has been showing signs that he could have dementia

Donald Trump has reportedly been showing some obvious signs that he could be suffering from dementia. And over the years, his alleged condition has only gotten worse.

During a previous interview, the POTUS shared basic information about his late father, Fred Trump. He said that his dad was a German and Fred was born in Germany.

But according to USA Today, this is incorrect because Fred is from the Bronx. Trumps grandfather is the one from Germany.

According to the Dementia Care International, one indication that a persons dementia is getting worse is if the individual starts to mix up relationships and generations, which is exactly what the POTUS did. As such, it is possible that hes in the second stage of dementia.

Other than mixing up information about his father and grandfather, Trump also struggles to remember certain dates. For instance, he thought that he met Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg just a few weeks ago when their meeting took place in October.

Rear Adm. Ronny Jackson, the White House doctor, previously revealed that the POTUS agreed to undergo a cognitive assessment in an attempt to debunk the ongoing narrative that he is suffering from dementia. The results revealed that Trumps brain is still functional.

However, an official diagnosis still hasnt been released.

Confusing People And Generations

Memory loss is the symptom most closely associated with Alzheimers. While Trump famously forgets the names of people and places , one could make allowances for such gaffes. More troubling, Michael Wolff reported in “Fire and Fury” that at the end of 2017, Trump failed to recognize “a succession of old friends” at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump, 72, seemed to hit a new inflection point last week when he said, My father is German. Right? Was German. And born in a very wonderful place in Germany. In fact, his father was born in the Bronx and it was his grandfather who was from Germany.

Dementia Care International says a “person may start to mix up relationships and generations in the second stage of dementia.

One day, when my Uncle Bruce was agitated, he cried out for me saying, Call John. Hes a rich lawyer. Hell know what to do even though it was my father who was the lawyer, not me. That was not in the early phase of the illness. That incident took place a few months before Uncle Bruce was forced to enter the nursing home.

Like Father Like Son The Troubling Problem Of Dementia In Trumps White House

For many years prior to his death in 1999, Fred Trump, Donald Trumps father, suffered from Alzheimers disease. Even though he suffered from this deadly form of dementia, Fred Trump clung to his position as chairman of the board of Trump Management until he died at the age of 93, according to his obituary in the New York Times. While people who have a family history of dementia are at increased risk, the biggest risk factor for dementia is age. Trump, who will be 73 years old on June 14, 2019, was the oldest person ever elected as President to a first term. The second oldest was Ronald Reagan, who was diminished by Alzheimers disease while he served as President. According to a study published in the journal Neuroepidemiology, about one in seven Americans over age seventy has dementia. Just as he followed his fathers footsteps into the real estate business, Trump also is following his father into the inescapable labyrinth of dementia. Just as his father would not let go of his position at the top of Trump Management even when he was dying from dementia, Trump will never stop clinging to his position as President of the United States no matter how mentally debilitated he is.
